PROPERTY Description

The bedroom has one queen bed in bedroom with full dresser and mirror and one night stand. The unit has a full size sleeper-sofa in the living area. The unit has hard wood flooring. Granite counter tops throughout the unit in living area and bathroom. There are new stainless appliances.
The condo is on the 3rd floor next to the elevator, washer and dryer room and free ice maker. The unit is 25 ft from the heated swimming pool which faces the gulf of Mexico. Parking is open and 25 feet from the unit.The condo features: Gulf Beach frontage, paver deck with lounge chairs, free stainless gas grills, heated pool and free ice machine and laundry machines on the 3rd floor.
We are less than 10 minutes from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and less than 60 minutes from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall and 20 minutes from the St Pete/ Clearwater Airport-PIE.
The unit comes with free cable TV with surround sound in the living room. There is free Wi-Fi internet throughout the entire unit and outside near the pool area.There are restaurants such as Columbia Cuban, Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Island Way Grill, Salt Rock Grille, Crabby Bill, Gondolier Pizza, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, and Cesare's Italian Restaurant within 1-7 miles from the unit. There are plenty of shopping and Publix grocery stores within 1-4 miles of the unit."
