Welcome to Captain's Cove - we are only a 3 minute walk to the Clearwater Beach/Pier 60/Clearwater Marina from the unit.

This beautiful waterfront unit is situated in the lower portion of a single family home - with its own private entrance.  If you were interested in renting the entire home, please inquire with manager for pricing.  The upper portion of the home features a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom unit, with loft featuring a queen size bed.

The living room has a fireplace, full size sofa with reclining chairs, and a matching reclining love seat.  The living room is attached to an enormous Florida Room, and covered patio - offering awesome views of the intracoastal.  

This spacious newly remodeled three bedroom, three bathroom duplex boasts one queen-size bed in the over-sized Master bedroom, one queen size bed in the guest room, and another queen size bed in our third bedroom.  

The over-sized Master bedroom has a 28" LED TV, 2 reading lamps, with dresser. The Tempur-Pedic mattress is protected with waterproof covers and brand new Egyptian 800 thread count sheets and bedspreads. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with walk in shower, his and her sinks and a bidet.

The guest room has a 28" LED TV, 2 reading lamps, with dresser.  The Tempur-Pedic mattress is protected with waterproof covers and brand new Egyptian 800 thread count sheets and bedspreads.  The guest bathroom features a full bathroom with walk in shower.

Our third bedroom has a 28" LED TV, 2 reading lamps, with dresser.  The Tempur-Pedic mattress is protected with waterproof covers and brand new Egyptian 800 thread count sheets and bedspreads.  This room does not have an attached bathroom.  Our third bathroom is in the hallway featuring a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

The kitchen comes with a full sized refrigerator with ice-maker, including a dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, etc.

The dining room table has seating for 6, a great place for family meals.  If you wish to dine outside, please enjoy your meals in our Florida room offering seating for 4.  

The unit comes with free cable TV in living room, LED TV w/cable in master bedroom and guest bedrooms.  There is free WI-FI Internet throughout the entire unit as well as outside near the pool area. The unit is located on the first floor, perfect for watching a sunset, or the passing of a few dolphins. There are two free parking passes for the unit. Don't forget to hop on the Jolley Trolley or the Suncoast Trolley. The trolley can take you to Clearwater Beach, Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island, Johns Pass, and St. Pete Beach.

We are less than 8 minutes from the famous Clearwater Marine Aquarium housing the dolphins Winter and Hope from the film Dolphin Tale 1 & 2, and less than an hour from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa International Airport-TPA, International Mall, and 20 minutes from the St. Pete/ Clearwater airport-PIE.If you are looking for great food, there are dozens of amazing places to choose from. Frenchy's Rockaway Seafood Grill, Island Way Grill, Salt Rock Grille, Crabby's, Gondolier Pizza, Marina Cantina, Salt Cracker Fish Camp, Marlin Darlin, and Cesare at The Beach.
