House has cable TV, WiFi and a washer and dryer. Upstairs balcony with nice little setting area. Down stairs has two decks to grill and relax on. Weber charcoal grill provided. Cottage is located in quiet 14 house neighborhood with a community pool. Four bikes included and bike paths to the beach outside back door. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and outdoor shops. Electric Golf Cart provided for an additional fee if requested.
