Property Description

Due to Covid-19 we are using enhanced EPA cleaning practices between guests, disinfecting products used to clean prior to your arrival as well as a supply of these products in the condo for your use. We also have 2 PlasmaWAve air purifiers that monitors the air quality and automatically adjusts depending on the readings.

South Seas Club is a 55 acre gated community with walking paths throughout. It is located on the beach in Marco Island.

Apartment 304 in Tower III is a front to back unit and is 1132 sq. ft. It is located on the third floor. The master bedroom and living room have a long view down the beach. This apartment does not overlook the pool and therefore tends to be quieter during the peak season. The bedrooms are also in a front to back position with two bathrooms between them. This offers more privacy in the bedrooms which seems to be important to some guests. Since this apartment is on a lower floor you also can enjoy watching the palm trees swaying in the breeze as well as view the beach. The apartment faces Southwest

We have made sure both of our condos are very well stocked. We have constantly upgraded both the furnishings and equipment that is included in the apartments. These are our homes and we have added the same amenities that are enjoyed at our permanent residence. Suggestions are also taken from guests who have written in our guest books and may have mentioned something we have overlooked. Mostly we get comments on how well stocked our apartments are. The only thing that you need to bring with you are your clothes and personal items!

Area Information

Marco Island is located on the Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida, just across the Judge SS Jolley Bridge, about 300 yards from the mainland. Marco Island is a peaceful semi-tropical resort with gorgeous sunrises and magnificent sunsets.

The Island is six miles long, four miles wide and is the largest of the 10,000 Islands. It is near Naples and the Everglades. Winter daytime temperatures generally range from the mid 70's to mid 80's and evening temperatures are cool ranging from the mid 50's to low 60's. Summer is gorgeous on Marco with temperatures rarely above the low 90's with breezes off the Gulf to cool the Island.

Marco Island has approximately 12,000 year-round residents. This number swells to over 40,000 during the winter months.
The lifestyle on Marco is carefree. You can go into almost any restaurant wearing casual attire including shorts. Water sports, fishing, golf and a fabulous white sand beach are a few of the things that draw people to Marco from all over the world. Marco Island is also the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands and is considered a gateway to the Everglades.

More than 200 species of birds, including the American Bald Eagle, live on Marco. The island also provides a habitat for loggerhead turtles, dolphins and the manatee. On the western shore of Marco Island, vacationers and residents enjoy a 3 1/2 mile white-sand crescent beach. Watching the many varieties of boats and recreational activities that abound in and above the waters at the beach is a constant source of entertainment. You can watch the fish jumping out of the water, the pelicans following the fishermen around hoping for a snack or join in the fun yourself and try your hand at parasailing or jet skiing. Dolphins are often spied swimming by the beach. We have even had one come join us for a swim. It was quite an experience. Canoeing the canals and waterways is a peaceful way to spend your time. Enjoying yourself on Marco can take many different forms.

The Everglades are located very close to Marco and provide a fascinating look at nature. Goodland is a small fishing village located in the southeast corner of Marco. On Sundays residents and visitors frequent Stan's for an afternoon of outdoor music, drinks and dancing. The Isle of Capri is another fishing village located just before the bridge to Marco. There are some nice restaurants there too.

South Seas Tower III - 304
As usual our stay at the condo was great. The condo and the building are well maintained. The owner supplies ample amenities and well documented information about the condo appliances and entertainment equipment. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach and comfortable outdoor furniture on the lanai. Beach chairs and umbrella are available for your use, as are pails shovels for children. We consider and maintain the condo as if it was our second home. The owner keeps the condo in a well maintained condition which makes us as the renter feel that it is our second home. We have been renting the same unit for many years and we keep coming back because of all of the above mentioned reasons. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Great time
We stayed at South Seas Tower 3-304. Great view, great appliances, living area, bedrooms. Watched some movies at the condo as the owners had a bunch of good ones. If you want peace, great view to the beach, and awesome pools you should rent from the owners. Lots of great restaurants at walking distance too!

Great condo with a great view and great owners
We’ve rented this condo for several years now in the month of November. Seems to be the best weather and small crowds and that’s a big draw for us. We love the view, the pool, the location and the proximity of several walkable restaurants. The owners are lovely, responsive and helpful. The condo is well supplied with any and all cleaning products necessary, towels, linens, blankets, pillows and tons of beach paraphernalia; all appreciated! We will return again in 2020.

Awesome condo, great location
This was our first stay on Marco Island, but it won't be our last. We are planning on making this our holiday destination for years to come!! The condo was in a great location, very convenient to lots of restaurants and shops. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. And we really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Lorraine was a terrific communicator. We had numerous emails back and forth with a ton of information on the condo and the area. We can't wait for next December!!


Great Condo, Fantastic location
This Condo was a last minute find, and we couldn't have been happier. Lorraine(owner) was very responsive to queries, the booking was very simple through the agency,and we checked in after hours using the lock box without issues. Condo had everything you could need, was clean and comfortable for two couples - the layout allows privacy and a bathroom for each room. Views are wonderful, and the balcony gets sun almost all day long - others in the bldg are in the shade all day, so make sure you ask when booking. The pool was clean and warm, and the beach (6 miles of it) was only feet from the Condo. Laundry on the floor was convenient, with reasonable rates ($5 would wash and dry 2 loads), and groceries, shopping and restaurants are close enough with plenty of options. Highly recommended!

A Little Slice of Paradise
This is home away from home. This cozy condo is stocked with everything you will need to have a fantastic beach get away. The view from the condo is beautiful and relaxing. The only drawback I found is I got very spoiled by my daily morning walks on the beach and was very sad to leave.

Amazing views
An amazing view of ocean and beach from this Appartm! Owners are really responsive and very helpful! Appartment building is well maintained., we didn’t get the warmest weather but thankfully pool in the complex is heated (was a nice surprise) so We enjoyed it for many hours! Walkable distance to some restaurants and shops! Highly recommend

South Sea Tower 3 unit 304
Carol an I enjoyed a lovely stay at the South Sea Towers in Marco Island. As usual we stayed in Tower 3 Unit 304. The condo is well maintained and the owner provides plenty of amenities for her guests. The building is well maintained both inside and outside. The view is beautiful from the condo. Each year the owner upgrades the unit and making it extremely comfortable for the guest. We love staying at this condo and appreciate how well it is maintained. We look forward to next year at the same condo. As an additional note, the health safety rules were right up to par and we were very comfortable during our stay.

Wonderful vacation, nice condo, great owners
This vacation is one to be remembered forever. We stayed in condo unit 304 at South Seas building 3 owned by the Innes family. The unit was exceptionally clean with a wonderful view of the gulf and beach, truly a beachfront condo. The vacation was relaxing and the balcony was the place to be each night for an enjoyable sunset view. The unit had all the amenities needed for a enjoyable stay. The owner, Lorraine was available and just an email away throughout the entire stay. She responded immediately, within an hour, to every question and request that was needed to make our vacation complete. She gave us recommendations for local activities and to local restaurants with their specialties. This was a great 50th wedding anniversary vacation thanks to Bill & Lorraine.
