The location is Sugar Mill, a gated community with a private 27-hole Country Club complete with Fitness Center, Tennis, Pro Shop, and a luxurious Social Dining Clubhouse.

Your Vacation will be a memorable one as you relax at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The large screened patio is a great setting for bar-b-ques, complete with table and chairs to enjoy dining by the golf course and ponds. Also, the patio features a comfortable loveseat for reading and enjoying the view. The spacious living room offers a vaulted ceiling with a new couch, loveseat, and easily lit gas-fueled fireplace. There is a formal dining room, seating for 6, offering easy access to the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. The den features a great view of the golf course while watching a large flat-sceen TV complete with Blue-Ray DVD player, Netflix, and Wii gaming system. The den includes a newly-tuned Baldwin Piano and a desk for your computer internet surfing.

The master bedroom has access to the screened patio, a large walk-in closet, king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The house includes a full-size washer/dryer, phone, internet cable TV, gas bar-b-que, cookware, and all linens. The garage is big enough for one vehicle and a golf cart. There is a brief walk to the secluded neighborhood pool.

New Smyrna Beach is a quaint community with an historic shopping district, numerous restaurants, guest hotels, and a short bridge-drive to the bustling beach area where driving cars on the beach is permitted. A short distance down the road, vehicles are not permited, allowing for a more natural beach experience. A few miles farther is the Canaveral National Seashore Park which has a boardwalk climb to a 'Turtle Mound' that provides lovely views of the beach and island area. There are activities for children and an historic house, Eldora, to tour. New Smyrna Beach has a Central East Coast loaction that allows easy access to Florida's attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Daytona International Speedway, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, Cocoa Beach, and Port Canaveral, a location for departing cruise ships.
