Guests must meet minimum age requirement of 25. Owner will email Guest a Rental Agreement that must be Completed and Signed Electronically and Provide Proof of ID. The address on rental agreement must match ID. Sample Rental Agreement is Posted for Review.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
Booking accepted will need to electronically sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID. Once the rental agreement & I are receive the payment will be process either via credit credit/debit or electronic bank withdrawl, whichever is the guests preference.
Once the payment is processed, the guest will be mailed out a confirmation letter to the address on the rental agreement provided by the guest.
Two days prior to the guest arrival, the guest will receive an email with check in instructions during their stay at Ravens Nest. Access is Electronic Door Locks.
