PROPERTY Description

Club Bamboo South, unit 120, is a Gulf front studio with a full panoramic ocean view directly on the beach. The maximum occupancy is 4 people. This newly remodeled beachfront studio has a bright, fresh, colorful beachy vibe. It has a King size bed with pillow-top mattress, and 2 single pull out beds - one from the loveseat, and the other in the ottoman. This unit has beautiful tile flooring throughout. The unit is also equipped with a high res. 42" flat screen TV, Blu-Ray Player, clock radio, wireless Internet access, a/c, and ceiling fan. The kitchenette comes with a blender, full size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a breakfast table and chairs. The kitchenette has everything you need to whip up a nice meal. The bathroom has a full size tub/shower, and a vanity with plenty of storage. There are two safety bars in the tub/shower and one near the toilet. A hair dryer is also provided. 

Onsite property management will ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and relaxing. The building is located very close to island restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets. 

Historic Bridge Street is as close as a stroll along the beach. Free parking. You can choose whether to cook a lovely meal in the fully equipped kitchenette, or use one of the property's BBQ grills. If you're feeling adventurous and want to do little exploring, you can always hop on Anna Maria's FREE trolley and head to a charming island restaurant. The stop is only a few steps from the property. After a nice meal, you can arrive back at your suite and enjoy the view from your private lanai, which is beautifully located directly above the white-sandy beach, and offers gorgeous panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico's glorious turquoise waters you've come to Anna Maria Island, to find. There is a community pool and BBQ grills. No smoking or pets are allowed.

The condo include access to a large heated swimming pool and is directly on beautiful Bradenton Beach with only steps to the sand. Parking on site for guests only. Other items available are beach chairs, BBQ grills, and an outdoor shower.

This is a non-smoking unit and is approximately 450 sq ft plus a private 84 sq. ft. lanai with direct panoramic Gulf-front views. It is conveniently located close to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (20 minutes), the Tampa International Airport (62 minutes), as well as St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (57 minutes). Also, close to major Florida attractions including Busch Gardens (45 minutes) as well as Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World (2 hours).

There is a wide selection of activities, restaurants, and shops just minutes away. Anna Maria Island's free trolley runs from north to south of the island. The stop is only a few steps from the property. We are only a 1.3 mile walk to historic Bridge Street, which has restaurants, bars, mini-gulf, and fishing off the Bradenton Beach City Peer.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :

RENTAL DOWN PAYMENT: 25% of the rental fee and the Unit Damage Protection Insurance are required at time of reservation. Payments are not refundable in the event of cancellation. We recommend the purchase of travel insurance for the protection of nonrefundable payments. In lieu of security deposits we sell the damage waiver protection. When your rental down payment is processed, you agree to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

RENTAL PAYMENTS: Final rental payments are due in full, thirty days prior to occupancy and are not refundable in the event of a
cancellation. Keys will not be dispersed until final payment is made. At time of booking we quote a cash rate but will accept credit cards for your final rental payment. Please refer to your confirmation for the credit card pricing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Travel insurance is offered through CSA Travel Protection to all A Paradise Vacation Rental Guests. It is automatically calculated as an additional fee added to your reservation. Travel insurance will offer protection against loss in the event of unforeseen illness, accident, or unexpected cancellations. No refunds are made due to inclement weather or noshows.
