Immediately across Estero Blvd to the south is Santini Plaza with a CVS, 6 restaurants, a bank, a marina and a variety of other shops. Shuffleboard, out-door gas grills and a large lawn are also available.

Our ninth floor condo has beautiful upgrades, including a completely-equipped, new white L-shaped kitchen with a granite countertop and a dishwasher. The handsome 20" tile floor, laid on the diagonal, was selected to coordinate with the granite. The dining table and living area are comfortable for a family of four. Enjoy a beautiful direct Gulf view to the west through the entire width of our sliding door system and the entire length of our well-furnished balcony, as well as through one of our bedroom windows. Be lulled by the sound of the surf. Look down over the balcony railing for a full view of our pool. Observe pelicans and ospreys swooping and diving for fish, and, if you watch closely, you may see dolphins swimming by. Sit alongside the Gulf under a beach umbrella, take a walk on our renowned white sugar-sand beach, go shelling, or take a dip in the Gulf. Lover's Key State Park is two miles to the south, and north of us on Ft. Myers Beach are a movie theater, lots of bars and restaurants, gyms, a supermarket, shops, bike rental places, public beaches, and the big public fishing pier. A day-trip to Sanibel Island is enjoyable. There you can visit the noted J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Preserve (closed Fridays) and the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum. For a change of pace, visit the two Fort Myers-area outlet malls: Tanger on the way to Sanibel and Miramar off I-75. Or go farther afield to the Everglades. The Ft.
