The master bedroom contains a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, slider patio doors with direct access to the covered lanai. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors and a separate toilet and shower area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There are 2 roll away beds for additional guests. The formal dining room seats six comfortably. There is also additional seating on the screened in lanai. We are located mid island in a quiet family atmosphere. We are very close to Santini Plaza which has nine restaurants (including an ice cream parlor), post office, CVS drug store, book store, hardware store, clothing stores and miscellanous other shops. Times Square 2 1/2 miles, Boat Marina for docking minutes away, dock facilities at house, Publix supermarket is within walking distance, nestled between Sanibel/Captiva and Naples, 5 minutes to Lovers Key State Park, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Airport. Short walk to beach! Ask how to rent a 4 bedroom 4 bath house which sleeps 12!
