Best Priced Studio In Luau @ Sandestin Beach Side, With Free Wifi, Beach Chairs
This unit is rented to people older than 25yrs, and it is non smoking and not pet friendly. This unit can sleep 3 (2in King Bed and 1in twin sofa bed), and also has a portable crib available that can be set up on request. You can rent this unit along with a 1Br unit with full kitchen that has a king bed and a queen sofa bed. You will have free wifi, and tram access for transportation in the resort and I have beach chairs in the unit that you can use.
Luau Tower1 is on the beach side of Sandestin resort right behind the Beach House and Hilton Hotel in Sandestin. It is not directly on the beach. It is just behind beach house, the beach access area, and adjacent to the parking lot to the beach access area. You can walk right out of your condo to go to the beach. It is literally a three minute stroll to the beach. Luau has the best salt water pool in the resort.
I provide towels and linens. You have the highest quality sheets I could find, Comphy brand, and the highest hotel-quality towels I could buy. I also provide you with the highest quality bathroom amenities I could find, Ecru New York. Please bring your own Beach Towels.
This is part of two bedroom lock out unit(Meaning the unit is configured as a studio - and the other unit is a 1Br condo with kitchen). Both Bedrooms have a king bed and its own bath. The living room, with its queen sofa bed, can access the master bath. This unit sleeps 3 in the Studio side, another 4 in the 1Br side which also has a pullout sofa, and I also provide port-a-cribs if needed. The closet has beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
I own 03 More Properties in Sandestin and Each of my condos is completely different, in location and in feel. Please feel free to call me or email me if you have any questions.
Please note that my units are not pet frindly and also non Smoking units. Any violation would be charged $5000.
