There is a wonderful open concept floor plan with 3 nicely proportioned bedrooms. Sliding doors open from the dining area into the sunroom overlooking the canal. You’ll find this room a great place to relax and enjoy the tropical lifestyle. The new owners have made many improvements to this home. The interior has been totally repainted and gorgeous hardwood floors were added in the main living areas. There’s new carpet in the bedrooms and all new appliances in the kitchen. The furniture is new and comfortable. Relax on the screened porch or watch TV in the living area. For the boaters, the deep and wide canal with quick access to the bay will be a favorite. The Channel 5 bridge is a short ride if you wish to be on the ocean side. There's a gorgeous private sandy beach available only to residents of the Port Antigua neighborhood. The beach offers hard pack sand where you can put your chair, sit and let the water flow around you while the tropical palms trees sway gently in the breeze. Bedding is King, Queen, Full/Twin Bunk.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
  • Notice of cancellation by Guest:  Notice must be in writing and sent by U.S. Mail OR email.  If sent by email, the email must be acknowledged by the staff at Keys Holiday Rentals.  The date of acknowledgement by Keys Holiday Rentals will determine the date of notice. 
  • $150 cancellation fee is charged if written notice is received 61 – 89 days prior to arrival. Balance is refunded minus non-refundable charges and pre-paid insurances – travel or accidental damage.
  • $300 cancellation fee is charged  if written notice is received 60 days or less prior to arrival AND we are able to find another tenant for the same time period minus the non-refundable charges and pre-paid insurances – travel and accidental damage.  
  • No refunds if written notice is received 60 days or less prior to arrival and we are not able to find another tenant for the same time period.   
  • No refunds for early departure for any reason.
  • Notice of cancellation by Keys Holiday Rentals:  If it becomes necessary for Keys Holiday Rentals to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, Keys Holiday Rentals will notify Guest promptly and refund 100% of all deposits and payments except insurances.  Immediate notice will be given by phone and/or email and followed by written notice via Certified Mail to address on the Rental Agreement.

Rate Details: Rent is $5500/month. Monthly Rates are calculated from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. Additional Charges: $275 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2000 without. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 water and $300 electricity. 

Optional Insurances: 
Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.

A Genuine Retreat
We loved the house and enjoyed many of its friendly neighbors. Especially loved the lanai. Ate breakfast there while watching the beautiful sky and clean canal. Great location. Quiet but close to activities. Looking forward to next year. A genuine retreat.

Just wonderful!
Had a wonderful stay in Port Antigua. The rental company was wonderful to work with! They supplied the house with lots of paper, cleaning, misc items, so that you didn't need to go to the store immediately! The beds were comfortable. The house is not large but has a large screened porch which gives more living space. The kitchen is small but who cooks indoors in the keys? The gas grill is very clean and hot! The neghborhood is very friendly and the private beach is wonderful. My son and his family (a 4 and 9 year old boys) flew down for a couple of days And loved the beach! Thanks for our wonderful vacation!
