 Rate Details: Rent is $16,000/month without boat lift December thru August or $18,000/month WITH boat lift;  $15,000/month September thru November with or without boat lift.  Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.  If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties.  Please call the office. Additional Charges: $525 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $2500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $5,500 without.  Pet Fee:  Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis.  If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $300 for two pets. There is an additional $45 pet cleaning fee.
