This beautiful villa was built on a large plot on a wide canal in an ideal, tranquil location in the Rosegarden area in 2012. Thus, even a short access to the Gulf of Mexico, ideal for renting a boat, there is a large boat dock too.
Dreams become true - you have this feeling during your stay on the pool terrace of the Villa Majestic. An infinity edge swimming pool with waterfall, a warm whirlpool, at the barbecue or at playing pool, you feel like in paradise. Especially in the evening when the lighting is on.
A dinner at the dining table on the terrace, followed by relaxation in the cosy lounge corner, all with a view of the pool and canal - simply fantastic!
Also, the luxurious interior of the villa leaves nothing to be desired. Plenty of room for six people, divided into living room, dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen, three bedrooms each with private bath, a pleasant office and laundry room, the entire facility is very high quality and exquisite.
Apart from the pool table are also table tennis, bicycles and two kayaks available.
