Bath rooms are completely new and beautiful. Two bath rooms are important when gatherings are large. Home features a huge entertainment area surrounding the well appointed kitchen. There are 3 flat screen TVs; 50" , & two 30" with sound bars. Cable TV and high-speed internet , Wi-Fi. There are 2 patios and a front porch with rocking chairs ! Backyard is filled with tropical fruit trees; papaya, avocado, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, 4 mango trees. All fenced in to give you seclusion and peace.

Some of the most beautiful beaches in the country are 45 minutes away ( St. Pete beaches, Clearwater). Location is central to all Tampa's best attractions; Airport, Downtown, Ybor City, Seminole Casino, USF University, Stadium, & major highways (275 & 75).
