Apartment 702 at The Alexander (7th floor) is a DIRECT OCEANFRONT 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. Newly renovated and furnished with Master bedroom ocean front with has king bed and bonus single twin, Guest bedroom has 3 single twin beds and 3rd bedroom has queen double bed. It is a larger 1200 square foot apartment with a very large ocean front corner balcony. Full open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large living room and dining area, modern decorated with magnificent views of the ocean.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum 9 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.
Rental includes complimentary use of fitness center, concierge, bellhop, Wi-Fi, valet parking (fees apply), gift shop, coin operated washer/dryer on each floor, swimming pools, hot tubs, pool towels, lounges and umbrellas at pool. There is a play area and bonus public playground just one block away. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a beauty salon and spa located on the 4th floor.

Disclaimer: Construction of the Alexander exterior facade, balconies, upper second pool deck and hallways is expected to continue through the winter of 2018, weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm. On Saturdays there may be some lighter work done. This may cause some inconvenience including some intermittent noise and some balcony closures. Some building amenities may be closed until construction completion.

Stayed for 2 days in February, 2018
I took a group of guy friends here, and we liked it. The beach and pool were nice, but the hotel left something to be desired. Although we were told the construction was over, when we showed up there was construction everywhere. Even the balcony of our room was under construction. We complained to the rental company and got nothing. Also, the hallway has some kind of water damage and had a funky smell. I would visit this area again, but I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Caution - Building Under Construction

The condo itself was nice, but the building and common areas were extremely disappointing. We were not informed that the building is activity under construction and that our balcony would be closed and that our windows (with what should have been a beautiful ocean-front view) were extremely dirty due to construction. One of the two advertised pools was closed during our stay and the second was half-closed with yellow caution tape. The advertised "tiki bar" was really a concession stand operating out of a cabana area. The carpeting in the halls leading to the condo were stained severely, and the walls were cracked (but never fear, they used blue painter's tape to cover the cracks). We expressed our disappointment that we were not informed about the construction, and the owners made no effort to follow up with us.
