When you stay here, you will be just steps away from splashing in the water and sinking your toes in the sugar white sand. Inlet Beach Dream is located on a deadend street, yet it is a short distance from Rosemary Beach with all of the restaurants and shopping. Freshly renovated and new to the rental market, this three story home features two bedrooms, a roomy living/dining area, a fully furnished kitchen, and full bathrooms on every floor. In addition to the spacious master bedroom with a king bed, and the top bedroom which has a queen bed, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area perfect for another couple or for two children, providing comfortable sleeping room for a total of six people.
The ground level entrance to Inlet Beach Dream boasts a two - car covered carport and additional parking space in the driveway. Upon walking in the entrance door, you will head upstairs to the spacious living area on the main floor. The main level has a comfortable sitting space with a love seat and a sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Opposite the sofa, a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD is available for entertainment. The dining area seats six total and is located by large windows allowing ample natural light. The kitchen is newly renovated and fully furnished with everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends. A door next to the dining area leads to a small deck for relaxing in the sea breeze and taking in beautiful gulf views. In the hall that leads to the full bath with a tub/shower combination, there is a stacked washer and dryer available.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, a sitting area, and two large closets with plenty of space for your wardrobe and luggage, and private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The sitting area has two chairs and a small table next to a window with natural light and gulf views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea while you take in the beauty of the Emerald Coast.
The top floor has a full bath with shower and a queen size bead. You can enjoy a little TV watching OR you can enjoy the spectacular gulf view through the lovely double french doors and a west facing window. Adjoining this bedroom is a large covered deck with a stunning gulf view! This deck is perfect for breathing in the sea air along with your morning coffee or tea, relaxing in the shade after a sunny day on the beach or savoring a sunset and a glass of wine in the evening.
Though Inlet Beach Dream is on a quiet street, nearby are Rosemary Beach and also boutique shops and restaurants at 30 Avenue. Just a short drive east will take you to Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell where fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and other outdoor activites abound. Also there are two grocery stores under two miles away to stock up for your stay. Exploring a little further brings you all the activities and shopping in Panama City beach or the unique and lovely beaches of 30-A as you travel to the west.
Inlet Beach dream is located less than 30 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).
