Owner's Cancellation Policy :
CANCELLATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT: All cancellations needs to be in writing. Should tenant cancel 61 days or more prior to the first day of rental period, reservation deposit=Down payment is refundable minus a $200 administration fee for daily or weekly stay.
Or for monthly stay $400 administration fee.
In case of changes of original reservation with new arrival departure date 61 + days before arrival requested by the tenant, an administered fee of $100 will be charged, which becomes due at the time of receipt of the new written reservation confirmation with new available arrival-departure dates.
C. Should tenant cancel 60 days or less prior to the first day of the rental period, the rental deposit of as stated in 2A Is forfeited, but other rental deposits if any should be returned. Should tenant cancel 30 days or less prior to the first day of the rental period, the total rental amount becomes due/forfeited, D. Visit America/owner reserve the right to substitute the rented accommodation to a similar and or a upgraded accommodation at any circumstances, that may occur and that are beyond our control.
We recommend our Guest to purchase a travel insurance that would cover any loss of cancellation.
The customer have read and agreed to our cancellation policy.

Each Additional adult $10 per adult/night. $50/week
Each add. child 7 to 12 years $5 per child & night.$25/week.
CHILDREN 6 YEARS OR LESS ( NO CHARGE.
Electric usage charge are not included/added into to the rental rates.
You read the electric meter yourself at your arrival & Departure
and pay for your electric usage when you checking out.
We pay the electric company $0.14 per KW-Hour , Our guests receive an electric allowance
and pay $0.11 per KW-Hour.
THE POOL ARE PRE-HEATED TO 84 FAHRENHEIT AT YOUR ARRIVAL ( AT NO CHARGE}
