Property Description
As you enter this home you walk into a beautiful courtyard with everything you need to enjoy outdoor living. The courtyard has a granite countertop on the left and table and chairs on your right. There is a refrigerator, grill and dishes to enjoy eating in the enclosed courtyard. There is also a cabana room separate from the house. The cabana has a queen bed plus a tv in the bedroom. There is also a bathroom and small kitchenette and refrigerator in it. When you go into the main house through the courtyard you will find a spacious living area. There is a dinette off the kitchen plus a dining room that looks out onto the courtyard. The kitchen has solid surface counter tops with white appliances. It is well stalked with everything you need. Two more bedrooms grace this home. One has 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom close to this bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The master bath has a separate tub and shower also double sinks. The pool and hot tub with a covered lanai are in the back of the house. There is another table on the lanai with extra chairs and 2 loungers. Everything you need is there.
