You will enjoy joy watching the birds and turtles in our lake as you have your morning coffee in our screened in lania. If you need action, you should jump,on the Bonita Bay shutter that takes you to our private beach. After getting enough sun you can try out the pickletball/tennia courts. If youi need to slow down, its a very short walk to the pool and hot tub which are right next to,our gas grills.
Even with all this potental activiity we have a quiet and clean 1200 sq ft, two bedroom, two bath, 2nd floor, end unit condo in the Wild Pines communityof Bonita Bay. Our unit is available on a weekly, monthly, seasonal, or yearly basis. We prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals. On rare occasions would we consder 3 day leases. The condo is tiled with carpeted bedrooms. The slding glass doors in the living room and the master bedroom open onto a screen laniai with a lake/wooded view. There are high definitionTVs is both bedrooms as well as a large TV in the living living room. A DVD palyer is also available. There is also a CD/stero player in the dining area.
Unit has centrol air conditioning with ceiling fans in both bedrooma, the lanai, and the kitchen. There are two bicycles available for light use.
Within the Wild Pines complex, there is a screened in-club house and a community pool and spa. The club house has restrooms, refrigerator, and tables for eating or socializing. Just steps away from the pool are gas grills and tennis courts exclusively for Wild Pines.
A security deposit of $500 is required to hold this reservation. The security deposit will be refunded if this agreement is cancelled by either party at least ninty (90) days prior to tennants scheduled arrival. If the tenant calcells within this sixty day period, the rent monies are subject to foreiture if a replacement renter cannot be fouind. Your security deposit will held for several weeks folowinjg your deparfture so that we may review telephone charges, utility bills, perform any extratinary repairs, and determine if there are excess laundry charges.

Payment must be paid in US funds only. Overseas and Canadian renters must pay with a US or international money order drawn on a US cbank. We do not accept credit cards.
Rental agreements for periods of six (6) months or less are subject to appicable Florida and (6%) and county tourist taxes (5%). Our rental prices include an allowance for state and county taxes.
Under no circumstances a may the unit be sub-leased. The unit must be occupied by at least one person on the rental confirmation over the age twenty five (25) through the entire rental period. There is a $25.00 charge for lost keys and a $45.00 charge for a lost key safe.
No pets are allowed. All unit s are nonsmoking both in the unit and on the lanai/balcony. No motor homes. RVs, campers, motorcycles, scooters, certain trucks, or trailers are permitted on the property or common elements.
This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of the condominum association. Tenant agrees to abide by said rules and agrees to take proper care of the unit and to make and pay for all repairs or condominium violations necessitated by the fault of the tenant. Tenant agrees to save Owner harmless from any liability from injury to person. violation of condominium rules, or damage to unit caused by acts of the tenant, his family, or guests.
