This fully furnished tri-level vacation townhome in Orlando is located inside the Vista Cay Resort and across the street from the Orange County Convention Center and Shingle Creek Golf Course. Disney and SeaWorld a minutes away. You'll totally enjoy the comfort and convenience of Vista Cay Resort. This spacious townhome rental has over 1700 square feet and three bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms. A full size, fully stocked kitchen, The second floor has a half bath, full eat-in kitchen, living room, and dining area with a full size dining table large enough to seat eight. The living room boasts a 50” Flat Screen TV and electric fireplace.
The bedrooms are located on the first and third floors. The third floor has the Master Suite with a King bed and private full bath with double vanity/sinks as well as the second bedroom with two Full size beds and a second bathroom. The first floor has a third bedroom with a California King bed and private full bathroom. Each room is equipped with a television. Cable television and Wireless Internet access is included in the price! In unit laundry located in the private garage eliminates the need for double packing! This unit has a private driveway that allows parking directly in front of home, with access to public parking spaces free of charge. Owner's Cancellation Policy :
CANCELATIONS. All cancelations must be in writing. If the balance due remains unpaid 45 days prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and any amount paid towards the reservation will be forfeited. There is a minimum cancelation fee of $50. We do not issue refunds for unused dates during the reservation. We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract without compensation. ALL WEB SPECIALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and may be moved to another room of same type also specific rooms are not guaranteed.
All properties except Windsor Hills Community. If the reservation is canceled more than 45 days prior to the reservation arrival date then the amount paid towards the total balance will be refunded minus the cancelation fee and any applicable fees. If the reservation is canceled 45-31 days prior to the reservation arrival date then the amount paid towards that reservation will be refunded minus 50% of the total room rate before taxes and any applicable fees. If the reservation is canceled 30 days or less prior to the reservation arrival date then the amount paid towards that reservation minus the security deposit is forfeited.
Windsor Hills Community Cancelation Policy. If the reservation is canceled more than 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date then the amount paid towards the total balance will be refunded minus the cancelation fee and any applicable fees. If the reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to the reservation arrival date then the amount paid towards that reservation minus the security deposit is forfeited. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control which includes but is not limited to: specific property owner arrival, double booking, or maintenance issues. In the case that the cancelation is of no fault of the guest, then any fees will be refunded.

The premises will be available for occupation from 4:00 PM on the arrival date and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the date of departure. Arrival and/or departure times may be altered under written consent and made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival and/or departure time. Fees may apply for early arrival or late departures. To guarantee a reservation all of the following conditions apply: a reservation deposit of 20% of the total room rate before taxes with a minimum of $250.00 is due; the rental agreement has been signed by the guest (electronically or physically) and received by the property care/management company along with a copy of a valid and legible driver’s license or passport of the person whose name the reservation is under; and
