Those looking to just relax will love the outdoor canal front eating area, outdoor lounge chairs, swim ladder on the floating dock, comfortable indoor furnishings, 2 flat screen tvs, and FiOS cable. Workaholics will enjoy the high speed WiFi internet access and desk.
The Three bedroom home is comfortably furnished and has ample parking, air conditioning, and linens. The home has a split BR plan with the Master Bedroom and Twin Bedroom split from the Third bedroom. The Third bedroom has a sleeper couch and serves as a second Florida room with windows on two sides of the room overlooking the canal. The main Florida room contains the dining table. There are no stairs in the home and there is just a step up at the threshold.
Both the street and canal are very quiet since they have no through traffic.

An additional one week rental fee will be held for a security deposit in case of excessive cleaning or damages.
Cancellation will result in loss of security deposit.
Half of rental costs and fees due four months prior to rental and balance due one month prior to rental.
