Property Description
Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, windows and sliding doors in 2017! You will have spectacular views of Okaloosa Island, the El Matador complex and the Gulf of Mexico when you stay in this great end unit. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to create great meals that can be enjoyed on your private balcony while you watch the waves hit the shore. Master bedroom has a king size bed with access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has one queen and one full bed.
The past year we have made significant changes to the El Matador Condo.
The updated kitchen cabinets and marbled quarts counter tops make a perfect place for cooking great meals between days of enjoying the tranquility of the Okaloosa sandy beach.

Enjoy the tranquility of beach life with this newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Here at Condo 440 you will find two bedrooms, two bath. Enjoy the morning strolling the beach followed by tennis or the indoor gym. Cool yourself off with a dip in one of our two pools. Take an evening of relaxing in the hot tub or sauna. Our personal favorite, grilling as the sun goes down over the sand dunes.
Don't forget the endless miles of natural beaches reaching 17 miles with unobstructed views of the ocean right out your front door.
Nearby, Ft. Walton provides an array of restaurants and shops with lots to see and do. Destin and Navarre island Less then a half hour's drive for an easy outing of shopping and eatery's.
