Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops. Mexican tiled floors thru-out except for bedrooms which are carpeted. Bathrooms are fully tiled. Great location with easy access and privacy and in a very nice neighborhood. There is a multi-tiered deck overlooking the water which extends from the heated pool and the tiled area surrounding the pool to over the canal.
Smoking is permitted outside the house.

Owner's Cancellation Policy :
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Notes :
There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 for rentals less than 7 days.
Holiday rates (Dec 18-Jan 3) are $2150 / week plus the 12% mandatory room tax.
