Very large kitchen with new granite counter tops and glass tile back splashes. New High Quality Island Furniture in living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Large sliding glass door and window for beautiful views of the waterway and heated pool.

This home has a 38 foot dock, fish cleaning table, bait freezer, dock side power and water.

Plenty parking for your vehicles and boat trailer.

Do you prefer to be at a Private Beach. Well we have just the ticket... with passes to the Private "CABANA BEACH CLUB." that is located just a 5 minute walk to a Beautiful beach with a huge pool, whirlpool and you can order Tropical Drinks, Great Food from the restaurant staff who take your orders at pool side or right on the beach. How sweet it is to have such convenience on your special vacation and make you feel special. You can also order Specialty Coffees and Ice Cream from the Cafe that is located near the pool at the "Cabana Beach Club."

You will Receive Beach Passes that include everyone in your group. The Cabana Beach Club offers "One of the Best Beaches" in Key Colony Beach and surrounding area of the Fab FL KEYS.

Our island offers three restaurants, marina (with boat charters and rentals), and activities of all types. Come, Relax and Enjoy the local culture, fresh seafood, tropical island sites and weather.

Key Colony Beach also offers a 9 hole PAR 3 golf course, tennis, bocce ball, boat rentals, diving, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, walking paths, basketball courts, and much more!

Enjoy your private 38 foot boat dock on a deep water, 100 foot wide canal, which has easy access and within a 2-4 minutes to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf Of Mexico (Florida Bay)! Located near the Living Coral Reefs, you are only minutes from the best fishing, diving, boating, sunning, and sightseeing in the world!

There is Water, Electric Power and a Fish Fillet/Cleaning Table at the dock. We have a Bait Freezer to store your chum and catch.

Our Luxurious Master Bedroom has a king bed with stylish quality furniture and a private bath and a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides a 4th separate area for a total of 1 king, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. We also have a Washer & Dryer located in the laundry room at the rear of the home just past the living room. The bait freezer is located in the laundry room.

Marathon Airport is just 3 miles away and rental cars are available at the terminal. Key West Airport is a one hour drive and Miami is only 2 hours. There is also a Keys Shuttle Service operating daily from Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Key West airports. If you don't want to rent a car, take the shuttle and our taxi services will take you anywhere on the island.
