PROPERTY Description
This lovely 3 Bedroom townhouse is approximately 1150 square feet and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This is a spacious, and more affordable alternative to a cramped hotel room! It is located in Venetian Bay Villages, a popular and private gated community with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your vacation! We have made our home comfortable, enjoyable and convenient. We recommend that you take advantage of the size of the home and bring the maximum number of guests (6-8) to share in the cooking and babysitting duties :) Don’t worry - there are enough bathrooms and sinks to accommodate everyone!
**The home and resort is pet-friendly, but all pets must be 20lbs or less.**
Our full kitchen allows you to have a budget friendly vacation. If you love home-cooked meals, you can visit one of the many supermarkets that are just a few minutes away to purchase groceries. Alternatively, you can order in and eat with your family in the comfort of the home.
After the kids are in bed, you can sit outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the quietness that our home has to offer, because it is in a very private area of the resort.
There are four Pools (central pool is heated), Fitness Centre, Business Center, Picnic areas, Playgrounds, beach volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court , and a car wash. Its a fabulous place to spend your vacation! Security Guards and Maintenance Crew are visible throughout the resort, so you will feel very safe at all times. All staff are professional and friendly and are happy to respond to your questions about the resort and its amenities. For any questions about the home itself, you can contact the Property Manager or Owners, who are available 24/7.

- Linens Provided (All linens/blankets are provided; beds are made and ready for use when guests arrive. Extra linens stored in the second floor linen cupboard, but please call the Property Manager before using)
- Washing Machine (Conveniently located on the first floor next to the kitchen, the Washer/Dryer allows you the convenience to do a few loads of laundry. Trust me - its much less work to do laundry on vacation! )
- Parking (Ample parking throughout resort, and right in front of this building. )
- Internet (WiFi provided throughout home. )
- Towels Provided (All towels are provided, but please bring extras, especially if you are planning on using the pool regularly. Guests can use washer/dryer to maximize use of the linens/towels provided. )
- Living Room (Roomy living room area with 50' flat-screen TV and cable. Pull out sofa for your convenience. Easy to clean in case of spills, and comfortable for napping! )
- Dishwasher (A week's supply of dishwashing liquid provided. )
- Refrigerator ( Visit the local supermarkets, gourmet food shops or get a nice bottle of wine! Store all your groceries in the refrigerator for your convenience. Items should be thrown out prior to departure. )
- Stove (Pots/pans and cooking utensils available. )
- Oven (Baking trays/dishes available.)
- Coffee Maker (New Coffee Maker in unit Oct2014. )
- Toaster (New Toaster put in unit in Oct2014. )
- Dishes & Utensils (All you will ever need! Dishes, utensils, mugs/glasses, cutlery, knife block, mixing bowls, baking dishes. )
- Kitchen (New and/or upgraded items in large kitchen allows renters to conveniently and comfortably prepare meals. Dishtowels, detergent, sponges, oven mitts, etc provided. Garbage disposal in main sink. )

Beautiful and comfortable. Felt like home.
Traveled from May 28th to June 3rd 2017. Home was exceptionally clean welcoming and beautifully decorated. Everything was exactly as promised and all needed information was provided in a timely, thorough and easy to understand fashion. Our daughter and God daughter (15yrs) were in love with the place as well as our poodle Riley. It was a comfortable space to come home to after a long day in the parks. Everything we could have needed was provided and even though we came in after 9pm on the day of check in registering with security was easy and quick. The grounds were clean the buildings well maintained and attractive. Lots of amenities provided. Home is located near many shops malls and restaurants and is very convenient to whatever you may need. We received an excellent value and saved so much over what we would have in a hotel room including being able to bring our pet. Sheldon and Nadine are the best and they provide a quality experience for their renters at a very reasonable price.Jeff
Overall clean and decently priced but some drawbacks
Overall, I enjoyed this property. The location was close to most of what Orlando has to offer, it was clean and nicely furnished. The facilities were quite nice and not crowded at all. It was private, though there is no outdoor area to recreate aside from common areas. It was quite affordable. When we had an issue with the toaster they delivered one the very next day - it was nice to see the property owners being so responsive. That said, there were a few drawbacks. The worst was the beds were not very comfortable - those mattresses could use a memory foam cover on them at minimum but I'd upgrade the whole thing. Secondly, the owners mention only linens and kitchen utensils are provided - they were not kidding. In other rentals there's using some kitchen basics (salt, pepper, sponge, etc.), paper products such as paper towels or toilet paper, and some stuff like soap or garbage bags. Not here - bring ANYTHING you might need or you will be buying it and probably throwing it away. Finally, we asked for a late check out and was told there would be a charge - not unusual for the answer to be "no" but unusual for there to be a charge. Usually if the next day is booked you are asked to leave on time, if not, it is a courtesy. All said, would I stay here again? I might but it wouldn't be my first choice. I think by spending very little extra this place could be a really great spot for anyone.Contact Owner
