For Rentals during March 2019: My seasonal tenant is checking out on March 7, 2019; therefore, for the last 24 days of March, I will agree to rent for less than 30 days (minimum 7 days), but you cannot check in on March 11, 12, 13, or 14 (otherwise this leaves me a gap that is not likely to get filled). All rentals will be calculated with a base rental rate of $171 per day. March 2019 reservations that choose a check-in date in conflict with the above will be canceled (or not accepted).

*No work trucks or similar vehicles permitted (a single RV is okay).

*The driveway holds 2 vehicles for the Front Unit. No parking on the grass/front yard or along the street .

*The property will be stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom , 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, basic cleaning supplies, 2 dishwasher detergent tablets, 2 laundry detergent tablets, and some fabric softener sheets. Depending on the size of your party and your length of stay, you may find it necessary to bring additional supplies for use during your stay. No toiletries are provided.

*Lawn service may come during your stay to cut the grass (every week during summer, less frequently during winter).

Fantastic stay close to the beaches
Loved this rental! Clean, convenient, allowed our dog, plenty of space, close to Venice, Sarasota, and of course Nokomis. Park across the street was a nice bonus. Blake is doing a great job as owner! Hope to be back soon😊�

Great place and great location!
The property is exactly as described. We were extremely happy with the property. It is very close to everything (beaches, walking/bike paths, shopping, and restaurants). The location is on a quiet street with a coffee shop walking distance from the unit. The owner is extremely responsive and very helpful. We will be back.
