Property Description
Located in a prime area or Panama City Beach, at a short walk from the new and exciting Pier Park, the Tidewater Beach Resort is one of the most exclusive resort on the Emerald Coast and more amenities than most of the resorts in Panama City Beach.
Our condo has the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The 3rd separate room has twin bunk beds and its own bathroom. The living room has an additional queen size sleeping sofa.

There are Smart HDTVs in the living room and both bedrooms all with own DVD player. We also provide a collection and DVDs and books for our guests.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and accessories to make you feel at home. The washer/dryer completes the picture of homey-like environment we tried to create for our family, friends, and guests.
The view of the sugar white beaches and emerald green water from our terrace on the 18th floor is breathtaking when watching sunsets in the comfort of the patio furniture.
For the beach, we provide FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE - you will receive two lounges & umbrella for each day of your stay!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING RULES:
1. WE CANNOT RENT TO ANYONE UNDER 25 YEARS OLD PER OUR HOA - NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. NO PETS!
3. The entire building is NO-SMOKING not just in our condo and on our terrace. This rule is enforced by security.

The location is excellent!
Only a few walk minutes away from Pier Park which is growing to be the place where everybody will want to go whether for shopping, watching movies at the mega theater, dining at the many restaurants, sitting at the one of the sidewalk cafes or simply taking a stroll on the alleys of the adjacent park.
There are also a lot of amenities on-site!

When renting our condos our main desire is to make our friends and guests feel as comfortable as at home. We feel the same when spending time with our kids at the condo and on the beach.
Most important for us is to establish a personal contact with our guests and we try to make ourselves available at any time in case there are questions or anything unexpected happens. Most of our guests are returning folks from all over US with whom we established personal connections.

Awesome vacation for everybody
Right on the beach with look at the gulf from the balcony. Amazing sunsets on the beach and the beach chairs were included, which was great. The condo is close to Pier Park which offers shops, restaurant and bars; grocery shopping is really close as well. We enjoyed the 3 bathrooms and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. 2 pools, Tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room, restaurant and inside bar provided something for everybody on site. The 2 restaurants we favored most were Boon Dogs and Saltwater. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us, it was a great time and we highly recommend your condo.Vickie A.
Winter Snowbird
Tidewater is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and the movie theater. The elevators were slow and shut down alot. Loved the view from the balcony. Would stay there again if available. Wonderful January and February stay!!!Shirley R.

Excellent condo
Condo is exactly as advertised and we loved the Tidewater amenities and the proximity to Pier Park. The extra bedroom was perfect for our visiting grandchildren. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We will definitely return.TERESA V.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY
The condo was beautiful and well kept. It is in a great location not to far from Pier Park but far enough to be relaxing and quiet. The beach chair service was a plus. The bonus bunk room was great! This place has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The owners were great to work with and quick to respond. If you are looking for a place with lots of room and amenities this is the one. Amazing week!
