Heated pool and integrated whirlpool spa plus a dock for fishing and a gazebo with a hammock for taking a siesta any time of the day! The beach and Times Square are a short 3 minute walk away. Restaurants and pubs are even closer just at the end of the street. Close to the Bay and the Key West Express.

Inside the upper level has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and plenty of closet space. There's vaulted ceilings, a new fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk in shower. The living area has plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the 50" TV. Sliding glass doors open to a large deck with outdoor seating. Perfect place to view the evening sunsets without the crowds. Plenty of seating room for dining also.

The lower level is a separate apartment perfect for groups to have some space from one another. It has another fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, flat screen TV, NEW comfy sofa bed, large bedroom with two Queen beds, plenty of closet space and washer and dryer. Beautiful view of the pool and the water. Large deck located right outside the door for your entire group to enjoy the outdoors!

Sleeps 4 on upper level and 6 on lower level. There is a second washer/dryer available.

Off street parking in the driveway. NO RV's. Garage not included. Dock for fishing only, no room for another boat. Pet friendly for dogs 25 lbs and under (NO CATS). WHIRLPOOL IS NOT OPERATING AS A HOT TUB!
