This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with a view of the pool and partial view of the ocean.. The master suite is on the second floor with a full bathroom and plenty of privacy. The junior suite is located on the main floor with a full bathroom and access to a lanai. Enjoy morning coffee watching the manatees and occasional dolphin. Sip cocktails watching the sunset from the lanai. Fully furnished kitchen for where you can enjoy cooking. There are many restaurants within 1-2 blocks walking distance. Additionally, there is a full service marina, CVS and kayak rentals with 2 block walking distance. Enjoy the largest heated pool on Fort Myers Beach at Santa Maria with a hot tub.
