Owner's Cancellation Policy :
Security payments will be refunded if written cancellation notice is received and the unit is re-rented to another party at the same rental rate. If rented at a lower rate, the refund will be reduced by the difference in total rent. A 10% re-letting fee (10% of the Rent amount) will be assessed and deducted from any deposit refunded. Security refunds are made without interest.
