Nature lover's dream come true with Eagles, Manatees, Panthers, Gators, Mangrove Trees and Cypress Trees everywhere. The best Air Boat rides are at Speedy's Air Boat Tours and the best wild animals are at Wootens Tours. The Concierge can refer rental boats, kayaks, shelling and tours. Guest Parking at the dock and a five minute Ferry Boat ride to Club Everglades with heated pool, giant TV, computer and exercise equipment. Boat trailer parking for the fisherman. The normal Ferry Boat schedule is on demand with Concierge from 8AM to 10PM daily. Other times can be scheduled with the Captain/Concierge who lives on the island at Club Everglades. There is no cost to my guests for the Ferry Boat rides during normal hours and a reasonable tip to the Captain/Concierge for after hour service is expected.
Great sightseeing drive from Naples via I75 or US41 to SR29 and south to Everglades City.

Boat dockage : $100
Boat dockage is first come basis and the Dock Master may ask to move a boat to accomadate other boats. Small boats can dock on the inside of docks. One time fee of $100 paid to Association. One time Association Application fee of $50 for tenant and all guests. Exit cleaning fee of $100.
