Owner's Cancellation Policy :
Booking accepted will need to electronically sign a rental agreement and provide a photo ID. Once the rental agreement & I are receive the payment will be process either via credit credit/debit or electronic bank withdrawl, whichever is the guests preference.
Once the payment is processed, the guest will be mailed out a confirmation letter to the address on the rental agreement provided by the guest.
Two days prior to the guest arrival, the guest will receive an email with check in instructions during their stay at Ravens Nest. Access is Electronic Door Locks.

There was plenty of room for our party of 10 plus the Great Dane. The kitchen was well stocked but lacks much storage area for dry foods. The pool wasn’t the largest but fun for the kids to play in and the adults to cool off in. We felt very safe especially with the security system and alarms and appreciated knowing if the kids tried to sneak a door open the system would say which door was opened. Washer was huge and so useful to have. The walk to the beach didn’t feel like 1.5 blocks. More like a mile to the designated gate but with the wagon and stroller that was in the garage we hauled the littles that couldn’t walk that far. So many extra toys in the garage as well for the beach! Thank you for a great stay. Owner is quick to answer questions you may have. I would highly recommend this home.
Super clean beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
Loved our week at Ravens Nest! The house was super clean and had everything we needed for the week. The backyard is very secluded. The pool was a little small for my 12 and 9 year old, but they still enjoyed it. A nice walk to the beach and some very delicious restaurants. Mary was very helpful when I texted her with questions. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy your house for the week!
This home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and quiet! The pool was so nice! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit comfortably! The owner answered all questions quickly and instructions were clear! Nice quiet neighborhood! We loved this place and highly recommend it!!!!!

We loved our experience in the Raven's Nest!
The house was very clean when we arrived and was extremely spacious, the beds were very comfy as well. The pool is a bit on the smaller side (as seen in the pictures), but perfect for my 2 boys! I loved the fact that it was heated, we all went swimming at midnight and the water felt great! The hot tub worked great as well, but we spent little time in it. The location was perfect, the house is just a couple minute drive or bike ride to the beach. It is in walking distance if you have older children, but I think it would be a bit tougher with young children. It is literally only minutes to all of the attractions in Destin or Miramar Beach.
You won't be disappointed if you stay at this property. We will definitely be back!
