Located on beautiful Fort Myers Beach, in Southwest Florida, warm gulf breezes make for a perfect Get-Away location anytime during the year, especially during the winter months. The Estero Beach and Tennis Club (EBT) is a place on the beach where you can relax and enjoy all that Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs and Naples have to offer. Our unit is located on the 10th floor of building B which is the middle building. It's a one bedroom non-smoking Condo which is cute, bright, airy and in immaculate condition. Please read our REVIEWS. Our unit is unique as it doesn't face the neighboring buildings therefore it can't be seen into from any other units. There are awesome views of the Back Bay, the Gulf of Mexico & points North and South for miles. The view is beautiful at night. The unit comes completely equipped and furnished so all you have to do is bring your suitcase to enjoy this beautiful area. This unit accommodates 2-4 people with a King size bed and a Queen sleep-sofa. It has a fully equipped wrap around updated kitchen. There's a 46in Samsung Smart TV in the main living area as well as a 28in Flat Screen in the bedroom. Some additional key features of this unit include free secure dedicated WiFi, A Blu-Ray DVD, A WiFi printer-copier-scanner, and included land line phone service, (US & Canada). There is a sliding accordion partition that you can close for privacy to the bedroom. All linens (including beach towels) are provided. We also provide beach chairs and a cooler for the beach and noodles to float on in the pool, a blow dryer in the bathroom, iron and ironing board. We have made our unit a HOME AWAY FROM HOME UNIT, whether you stay for a week or a month we've got it all. This is a Non-cluttered, clean & comfortable unit as we take pride in our property and we hope that it shows, please read our reviews!

Our listing mentions that pets are considered, and they are, but you MUST INQUIRE about them first & not bring them without telling us because your security deposit & rent could be forfeited & building security could ask for the pet to be removed and the pet would have to be boarded locally.
