Located on a tip lot with converging waterways, this three bedroom, plus office, three bath home features everything you are looking for in a vacation pool home on Marco Island. Enjoy amazing wide water views from the heated pool and spa. Fish or sun on the boat dock. The open floor plan offers a living room and large family room with big screen TV and WiFi off the kitchen with a breakfast table and two bar stools at the island. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything the most discerning chef would want.
There is a king-size bed and flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The two guest bedrooms feature a king and queen size beds with TVs. There is an office with desk and TV also. The pool deck boasts of table and chairs and loungers for sunning.
Find everything you need to take to the beach in this well-stocked vacation home. There are beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and noodles. Also, find a beach umbrella, cart and fishing poles!
Note: The Boat Lift is not available for use by guests. Use of the waterfront and dock is permitted for sunning and fishing only. Guests may not use the lift or the boat.
