Building features a beautiful and welcoming lobby, free valet parking, a new fitness center, six washer/dryers on each floor, a newly renovated Olympic-size heated pool and easy access to the beach. A new recreational, paved beach walk runs alongside the Pavilion all the way to South Beach! Unit has beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for use by tenants. Centrally and conveniently located on 56th street and Collins Avenue, the building is only a ten-minute drive to the exciting nightlife and restaurants of South Beach, Lincoln Road, Española Way and within 10 minutes to the New World Symphony, the Performing Arts Center and the Opera House. It's also walking distance to the world famous, Fontainebleau and Eden Roc Resorts. Public transportation stop to all destinations is located across the street from the building. Excellent shopping, dining, art galleries and nightlife are also 10 minutes away at Midtown Miami, Miami's Design District and the Shops at Bal Harbour. Vacation right on one of the world's most beautiful beaches, with its beautiful people, international cuisine, incredible nightlife, celebrity watching and unrivaled shopping.
Bus line to and from South Beach and Downtown Miami is located in front of the building. Uber is also a convenient and economical way to get around. Bicycles and scooters can be rented two block away.

Will greet you with keys in the lobby of the building and show you the beach access, the gym and pool. Will guide you into the oceanfront apartment and answer any questions you may have.

Fifi's Seafood Restaurant (5 minute drive); Prima Pasta (7 minutes drive); Sazon Cuban Restaurant (10 minutes drive); Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant (9 minutes away).
Free tram service provided by the City of Miami Beach which connects Millionaire's Row where the Pavilion is located to South Beach, Lincoln Road and North Beach.
