The home is a 2/2 with an attached 1/1 in Fort Lauderdale! The house has been updated with hardwood and slate floors throughout. Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has a connected Studio Apt with a separate entrance which is perfect for trips with the In-Laws and couples that want their own space. The backyard is perfect for socializing and enjoying some backyard BBQ’s or for drinking wine after a day at the beach or shopping.

 
This is an absolutely perfect location. Less than 3 miles to the Ocean, 2 miles to the Las Olas Night Life Dining and Shopping. Quick access to 95 / 595 for commutes & under 10 minutes to Fort Lauderdale Airport.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
