The Space:
We provide all bed linens and towels and also starter sets ( hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We can provide children’s items such as pack n play and high chair.
All bedrooms and living room have a Roku TV (no cable) where guests can use their streaming accounts to watch Netflix, Hulu, ect.
Bedroom 1-two queen beds, closet , TV, dresser
Bedroom 2- king bed, closet, TV, dresser
Bedroom 3-two queen beds, closet, TV, pool access
Bathroom -located in hallway between Bedrooms 1 and 2

Dining-Dining table seats 6 guests. Dinette set off kitchen seats 4.
Kitchen-plenty of counter space and ample cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with basic dishware, cookware, pots/pans, and cutlery. We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar and spices.
Outdoor- backyard with outdoor dining picnic table area ,grill, fire table, pool loungers, and also a private heated swimming pool .
Laundry-washer and dryer available. Detergent is provided.
Driveway-2-3 cars. DO NOT BLOCK SIDEWALK OR PARK ON GRASS!
Guest Access:
Please note - all door codes, information, instructional videos for amenities, and Wifi info will be sent to via a LINK. Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to all home and backyard except for any locked doors marked "Designedvr Staff only".
The Neighborhood:
Well established, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in an family friendly and quiet community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 10pm - 8am must be observed outside and at the pool area. This means that there can be NO MUSIC or YELLING and voices MUST be kept at a low and respectful level. In addition to quiet hours, voices and noises have to be kept at a respectful level at all times while staying at the home meaning no noise can surpass the property perimeter lines. Any neighbor complaints or evidence of noise level rules not be followed will result in immediate cancellation of reservation.**

*We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available through message forums 24 hours a day and also have a customer support number for questions. Also we have a property management team locally to help with any concerns.
We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code.
