This waterfront home with a beautiful southern view, has been newly renovated and redecorated. The home features a electric and solar heated pool and spa. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a family room with a 50" TV. It also has a pool table. Villa Michaela has southern exposure and a phenomenal view of a long canal. Relax on the large lanai, take a dive into the pool or relax your muscles in the hot tub. Wireless Internet is included also.

Electric charges determined at end of stay and must be charged via cash or Credit Card prior to departure unless the electric has been prepaid. All tenants receive an electric allowance of $50/week or $200/month. Excess electricity is calculated at $0.15/kWh. Excess electricity beyond the allowance is tenants responsibility.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.
