So close to the beach
Absolutely lovely stay! The house was clean and cozy, the pool was well kept, and the house is only 3-4 down from the ocean. It was beautiful and relaxing. The host was responsive and kind each time we spoke. 10/10!!dg k.
Spring Break Visit 2022
Perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach on a quiet road. Backyard pool was awesome. New renovations were very nice. Owner even stopped by to say hello and check on us. Was ideal for our family of 5. Would definitely stay there again if we come back to St Augustine.Linda K.

If you don’t feel like walking the short distance to the beach, a heated pool awaits you out back! Sharon is awesome to deal with and quick to respond to any issues that arise. You share the pool with the other duplex which never was a problem during our stay. Our adult kids loved the proximity to a pool, beach, and great restaurants. We love the fact it’s dog friendly. Perfect Beach Spot
Had a great time during our stay. They had everything we needed for our short stay. Communication with host on the front end and throughout was great. Pool was perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating near pool and on second-floor patio. Plenty of TVs and WiFi was good. Clean and cool. Bed was super comfortable. Plenty of books and games to play if wanted. Beach is 5 minute walk over the dunes. Quiet street and excellent location near restaurants, miniature golf, grocery, coffee shops, ice cream. Would definitely stay here again.Jason S.

I think we got what we expected for the first time renting a vacation place. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our two grown children to spend time with us. The pool was wonderful and secluded, and we all had a really great time. We are already picking the dates to go back. This place is going to be somewhere we will meet up again.
