This large 1900 sq ft unit has everything you need to make it the perfect vacation for you and your family and friends. The condo sleeps 12 adults comfortably with the ability to sleep 2 more kids for a total of 14 guests.

The space
Recently updated 3 Bedroom/ 3 full bath luxury top floor Penthouse. The expanse of the unit faces the ocean so every room has views. This is our own personal beach Condo. We use it few times a year so we did not spare any expense in making it enjoyable and homey. It has tile all over except bedrooms, which are carpeted. Updated furniture and flat screen HDTV’s and DVD players in living room and all 3 bedrooms. East and West are master suites on opposite ends of unit with their own master baths. A third bedroom with full bath across hallway. All 3 bedrooms have king beds with a pull out queen size sleeper sofa in living room. The east master has an additional day bed with 2 twin mattresses. We also have 2 inflatable twin beds for parties more than 10 people. The unit has 2 oversized balconies with full patio furniture to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The main balcony can be accessed through the living room and the second balcony can be accessed either from east master or middle bedroom.
Condo is stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen is very well equipped, including dishes, pots, pans, standard and kureig coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. (lot of convenient restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook). There is a washer and dryer in condo. The condo is located at Origin at Seahaven. Origin is one of only two buildings in PCB with interior corridors which makes it safer and more homey than most commercial buildings in PCB, thus the higher number of full time residents that call Origin home. Our penthouse unit is one of only two condos that occupy the whole top crown of the building facing the ocean so you have unparalleled full ocean views from every room. The walk to the beach is very simple. The elevator is a short distance from the unit and once you come down the elevator it’s 1 min walk to Seahaven private beach which can be accessed through a gate to the left of Sharky’s restaurant.

Guest access
Origin is the only condo in the Panama City Beach area with interior finished corridors and entry doors for your added security and comfort. Some of the Amenities at Origin at Seahaven Include a Private 24 Seat Home Theater, Large Pool/spa Area, Fitness Center, BBQ Grills, Game/Arcade Room, Coin Operated Laundry, Covered Parking Garage and Convenience Store onsite which serves Starbucks coffee.

Other things to note
Minimum age to book is 25. Contact host before booking if you are under the age of 25. Two Parking passes and wrist bands are already included in the Cleaning fee charge. Any additional parking passes for a 3rd car or visitors can be requested from the front desk free of charge. It will be for the overflow parking lot. If you don’t have previous reviews or below 4 stars we may request an additional deposit that gets refunded upon departure.
