The location is perfect

I can’t speak any more highly of this rental. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the beach is so closed! We will be back!

We loved the location

We loved the location, just a few steps away from the beach. Grocery store is about 7 minutes away from Jill’s place. Perfect place to spend your vacation during this pandemic...We had a great time! Thank you Jill for being our host.

This is a beautiful location

This is a beautiful location on a mostly secluded part of the beach. VERY close to the water and the condo was well provisioned with necessities. Check in was a bit of a hassle so I’d advise double checking the procedures with the host before leaving.

Great location

Positive: Great location. Pool next to the house. The booking process is not clear. Be aware that you will receive a contract after booking, that is not mentioned in house rules. If you don't agree with it, tough luck. They have your non refundable payment. Don't expect timely support from either the host or Airbnb if you don't like the contract.

This is a great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. The pool in right out the back door and the beach is a very short walk away. I highly recommend staying with Jill. She sent me activities that were taking place while we were there and was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Overall a great place to stay

Overall a great place to stay. Beach access is close, and easy to use. There are hoses all around the complex for rinsing off from the beach. Unit was clean, and everything worked as you would expect. Wifi was great. Cell reception inside the unit was poor (T-Mobile - 5G phones), but great on the patio, in the courtyard, and in the parking lot, not a problem just FYI for anyone reading. We travelled with 3 adults and 2 kids (9 and 3 years old), and there was adequate space for us. Put the 9yr old on the couch, grandma in one small bed, 3yr old in one small bed, and mom/dad in the large room; worked out well. FYI to anyone reading. No boats allowed in the parking lot. We towed down from Louisville, KY. Only to find out by some other people in the condo as we were unloading that we couldn't park our boat there. It's a small boat that is less than one parking space (you get two spaces with the condo), but apparently it was against the HOA rules. We had to scramble to find a place to park it offsite once we arrived. Luckily we had family in the hotel next door that talked to the front desk, and allowed us to park the boat in that lot. Was suggested to park at the ramp down the street, and honestly, that probably would've been fine. There were some other boats down there that were there all week without a tow vehicle attached. Not a huge ordeal, just be aware if you're bringing a boat or small trailer for all your "stuff", you'll have to find another place to park it while you're there. Navarre Beach in general is great. Very "under developed" there are a couple restaurants, but mostly it's just condos/hotels on the beach. One little gift shop nearby as well. Lots of stuff just over the bridge though, and traffic wasn't too bad. 10-15min drive over to lots of "retail" things in Navarre. Sand was white, water was clear on the beach. People were very friendly overall. Great location!

Jill was an amazing host

Jill was an amazing host, extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I would stay at Jill’s place again! Great quiet location right on the beach.

The condo was nice

The condo was nice, as well the the neighbors and location. We would stay here again. Jill communicated with us and responded to us promptly. I would rate this a 4/5 because I felt that the condo could have been cleaned a little better before we arrived.

Had a great trip

Great location in close walking distance of the beach and next to the pool. Also great restaurants in short driving distance. Spacious and convenient condo. Had a great trip!
