Property Description
Welcome to your new Vacation Getaway! Our lovely home is directly waterside to the canals in Apollo Beach. You have access to kayaks, and while you aren't paddling about in the waters or watching dolphins from your backyard, you can relax in your living room with the whole family.
This home sleeps 14 and is adjacent to another of our vacation homes, which also sleeps 14. Ask us about available dates for both houses for large groups!
Enjoy the swimming pool, spa, and grill in our backyard. The pool has a waterfall, swim-up bar, and shallow kids' area with fountains. The spa is heated and complimentary upon request. The pool can be heated for a fee. Play the piano we keep in the front hallway! If you have a boat, you’re welcome to dock it in the canal in our backyard.
You have access to the entire home including the dock: A beautiful kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, bathrooms, four bedrooms and a living room area. Our space is designed to give you the most relaxing vacation possible as you explore Florida. We provide everything you could possibly need, and we are conveniently located near Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Busch Family Amusement Park and only 70 min from Disney Orlando.
The house comfortably accommodates 10 people. A travel crib/playpen is also provided! There are large, flat-screen, smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom, complete with Netflix and SlingTV complimentary!
Apollo Beach is also home to a recreation center open to the public, with parks, a golf course (you must purchase a pass to use), and more. The nearest beach, the Apollo Beach Preserve, is 5 minutes away by car.

Spring Break
The most beautiful, expansive lanai with a wonderful pool and hot tub! We saw a dolphin swim up the canal and that was the highlight. Very relaxing and enjoyable with children and grandchildren!Ethan G.

Beautiful home and pool area! We enjoyed our stay very much. About 1 hour drive to some of the beaches we liked but enjoyed the home, some restaurants in Apollo and a fish charter. Would recommend.Amanda K.
Amazing 10 days!!!
This home is absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub was wonderful too. The home owners are easy to communicate with, friendly and very accommodating. We met many neighbors and all where very nice. This is a very quiet community. The kids caught fish off the dock and there are many places to fish nearby. And alot of fun stuff to do close. The kids and adults had a ball.Sean H.
What a great pool and hot tub area!
What a great pool and spa space. A nice large area directly next to and overlooking the canal, it was absolutely everything we were looking for. Sipping coffee early in the morning watching the sun rise and having a cocktail at night watching the sun set, both were great for relaxation. The neighbors are very very sensitive to noise! We had 5 kids swimming in the pool around 9:30am and they were met with a very rude “shut up” from across the canal, not exactly what we were looking for. Other than that the house and location were great! I can’t say enough about the pool area… it was exactly what the Dr. ordered!Jessica K.
Great Pool and Dock!
This home has a wonderful Pool and Dock. The owners where super nice and accommodating. If your looking to sit around and relax in a pool all day this is your house! The inside of the house is as it looked in the pictures. The AC in this house was AWESOME if you like it cool this is your house! Nice beaches are about an hour way as you can not swim in Apollo Beach (Look up the reasons why) We did go to Anna Maria Island crystal clear water AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend this beach.. As the owners about the go to places they have them all for you :) People had posted about having to ask for the hot tub to be turned on I found this not an issue and the owners did it right away with no delays. Honest I understand why they want to control this if we had control of it it am sure it would have been on more than needed and lets face it the cost is huge to run a spa like this. We provided the owners with a few things I felt are needed in the home nothing major at all and they where very receptive as they want your stay to be a 5 star Only drawback is that you have to pay to wash your clothing, that was a pain and felt like for what you paid to stay in the home this should not be something you have to pay for. This was disclosed in the booking so it was NOT a surprise I wanted to make this clear as this was not sprung on us. Bring Lots of quarters you will need them.. Our Family and Friends enjoyed our stay!!Tim K.

Property was great! Hosts were great! Only issue was distance to a nice beach. I thought there was a nice beach nearby for the kids and there really wasn't. That has nothing to do with the hosts, but I would recommend making sure the area is what you are looking for when booking.Tara R.
Great stay
This was a very last minute booking and Einav was very helpful with any questions and was very accommodating given the last minute reservation. House was clean. The bottle of wine was appreciated and a nice touch after a day of canceled flights. I was concerned about Communicating with owners to turn on spa but it was never an issue and you can schedule in advance for the week if you’d like. Hubby caught a few nice fish off the dock and we even saw a manatee. Would definitely recommend.Andy N.
