Comfy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. Direct access to the private patio and pool area from the master bedroom and one of the additional bedrooms, as well as from the kitchen and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances.
The patio and pool area is enclosed by a lanai with doors that lead to the backyard and dock. There is a doggy door in the lanai so your furry friends can access the fenced backyard and play all day.
There's plenty for the kiddos and the whole family to do - from playing in the pool, to kayaking down the canal to the Tampa Bay, to movie night in our comfy, spacious living room on the large smart TV.
You can tie a small vessel to the dock. Contact owner for max length.

Beautiful home
Our family enjoyed our time at this home. It was well maintained and very spacious for our family of 5. We had a great time fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with the items needed for cooking from home. The master shower was amazing. Our only suggestions would be to have a fan that can be changed to a higher speed when needed in the master bedroom as it seemed warmer than the rest of the house at night with the door closed and the dryer makes a squeaky noise, but worked fine otherwise.Taylor C.
Pleasant and Attentive
My family and I stayed at Apollo Beach property and enjoyed ourselves. Property management were so attentive to our needs and concerns. I believe due to the hurricane being 2 weeks before our stay, it caused some things to be left undone - but once they were completed during our stay it was a blast. The grass was long at first which caused more bugs and bug bites, but Ron (part of property management) made sure we were taken care of right away. I would stay with them again as they were very friendly and attentive to our family!!Margaret P.
Wonderful Memories
My family of 7 came down to enjoy Thanksgiving with family friends who recently moved to Florida. The home was clean and accurately advertised; we arrived to a warm, welcoming environment and especially enjoyed the peaceful, safe neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked. We went out on the kayaks a few times and enjoyed family movies on the pool deck. The host was super responsive and accommodating to several requests. The home was centrally located (about 35 minutes_ to downtown Tampa and to the beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Grocery stores are nearby, as are some wonderful restaurants (the Apollo Beach Bistro was an especially tasty find!). We enjoyed the deck and fenced-in yard for our dogs, too.
