Thank you for your interest in our place! We would love to host and provide you with professional hospitality, a sparkly clean home with luxurious finishes, organic cotton & down beddings; Teak furniture, a relaxing tub, a relaxing outdoor area; ALL ONLY 2 walking blocks from the vibrant Atlantic Ave and shuttle to the beach (no need to drive anywhere!!!). Great for families or a group.
This home is well appointed, is private with fenced front and back yard, has room for 3 cars in front driveway; has a backyard with outdoor gas grill, dining area, relaxing hammock and lounge area, a laundry area, a chef's ready kitchen, 2 King bedrooms and 2 rooms with 2 twin beds with option for 2 split King rooms if desired. Tenants will need to use a smart phone for e-key entrance into home. Our garage is off limits as it serves our maintenance and cleaning crew who may access from time to time.
We kindly ask that you use your best and most respectful behaviors and care for our place. It serves the guests after you. If there are any issues please report it so we can make sure the following guests receive a 100% ready living space. If you get caught smoking anything you will loose your deposit and we reserve the right to cancel your stay.
Book in advance- always full in season. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- INDOOR and OUTDOORS. If you are a smoker, kindly, DO NOT consider staying here.
We have a strict cancelation policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
All reservations are pending and subject to owner review and approval within 24 hours of booking.
Must have smartphone for e-key access; Absolutely NO smoking, NO pets, and NO over occupancy. $100 will be charged per person/per night for each person over occupancy; Reservations will be canceled without refund for violation of these rules.
