Property Description
Welcome home! We have put lots of love to make this home the best version of what we would want in a vacation home. The home is completely updated and centrally located to allow you to enjoy multiple beaches during your vacation. It is only a 5 minute drive to Indian rocks beach, 13 min to Clearwater beach (traffic varies) and many others! Indian rocks beach is one of best beaches in the US! The city is loaded with restaurants and bars for fantastic food and unforgettable memories
The space
This is a family friendly home, NO PARTIES/EVENTS!
The home was renovated with you in mind! It has everything to make you feel at home but with the convenience of many beaches and attractions all nearby! Outside the neighborhood (minutes away); you will find Publix (grocery store), Walmart, Starbucks, fast food restaurants, target, and many other stores. The home is equipped with a charcoal grill, lounge chairs, heated pool(heat available Oct- May), bonfire pit and a gazebo to sit and have your morning coffee as you look out at the open view of greenery and peace.
Layout: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms:
1. Bedroom 1: king bed with tv (bathroom in hallway)
2. Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds with tv and private bathroom
3. Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and 1 twin over double bunk bed (room sleeps 5) also with private bathroom

The whole home is for guest use

Home is within minutes to different parks as well as pinellas trail
1. Madeira beach: 15 minutes
2. Clearwater beach: 13 minutes
3. Tampa airport: 35 minutes
(Times May vary depending on traffic)
4. St Pete downtown: 25 min

Great location!
