This Perdido Key condo rental is located on the 5th floor and is a corner unit with gorgeous water views on all sides.
The master suite features a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV and balcony access. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a Jacuzzi tub, and Juliet balcony overlooking the Gulf. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a separate sitting area. The 4th bedroom has a King bed.
All bedrooms have Gulf Views. The large living area opens up to a spacious balcony with views of Ole River, Ono Island, and the Gulf of Mexico.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.
COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Florencia is a Mediterranean-style gated complex located on Ole River and bordered by the Perdido Key State Park. On-site amenities include tennis courts, spa, fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, and grilling area. Beach access is located within 50 yards of the Florencia property.
PARKING PASSES
This unit includes two parking spaces, one of which is a covered parking space.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
