Downtown offers you shopping and multiple choices of restaurants. Cape Coral bridge connects with Fort Myers. Apartment is 17 miles (27 km) from RSW airport, about 30 min of driving.
The space
Pineapple Suite: Maximum 4 guest. Queen size bed in the bedroom, and a double sofa sleeper the living room. One bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is located in a complex with 4 units that share the Heated Pool with spa and a Coin Operated Laundry Room. Apartments share a common rest and pool area. Bookings from January to March are for adult guests only. No children are permitted from January-April.
Very close to Down Town area, to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and to the Cape Coral Beach.
The Tudor Getaway Resort includes 4 apartments. We are located in the south part of Cape Coral, close to the Cape Coral Bridge. That provides easy access to Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. The Down Town area offer countless bars and restaurants for you evenings fun.
Our apartments were totally remodeled, very clean, everything is brand new, modern and bright. The resort is totally fenced and offer a total privacy.
Each apartments have a front screened lanai ,a private sunbathing area, and a private BBQ grill for your cooking.
All apartments have linens, towels, start rolls or paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival. Out Kitchens are equipped with new appliances, microwave and coffee maker.
You will enjoy an unforgettable stay in our Tudor Getaway Resort.
Guest access
You will have access to whole apartment, as well as to your private BBQ grill, Cable TV with over 120 channels, WIFI internet and your dedicated parking space on the premises
Other things to note
Owner requires ID verification upon booking, prior to check-in.
We host travelers and vacationers- no locals.
For stays of 7 days or more, Owner will require Traveler to sign Booking Agreement (owner will email) and provide a list of occupants and cars.
For guests without a positive review from a previous host, owner will require a Refundable Damage Deposit of $200 for short stays of 7 days or less , and for stays over 7 days, a $400 Refundable Damage Deposit.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: The principal of the group must be 25 years of age. No minors, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.This Suite is not a party House. We will not rent to vacationing students spring breakers.
No Commercial vehicles allowed, No Recreational Vehicles (Boats, Jetski, Motor Homes, RV's, etc) per City of Cape Coral Regulations.
POOL HOURS: 8:00 am - 10:00 pm
No Smoking or drinking on Pool Area
If Guest breaks any of the house rules, like having a pet, or having a guest count more than disclosed, the reservation may be canceled and NO REFUNDS will be issued. Our cancellation policy will be followed and enforced.

The easiest and nicest stay yet
The easiest and nicest stay yet. Host was very detailed in all their communications. Check-in/out was simple and clear. The space inside and outside was very clean, had everything we needed was in excellent condition and there was much attention to detail. We definitely plan to reserve here again and have told our friends and family about this place.Lauren
The apartment was cute
The apartment was cute. The living space is great with a pull out couch for relaxing and a kitchen table for meals. The bed was soft and comfortable. AC and TV in both the living space and the bedroom was convenient. The apartment was easy to find and in a good location close to a supermarket and restaurants. This is an which provides lists of rules when you arrive: your responsibility to take the trash to the curb if you are there on trash day and an off-putting rule to not flush any toilet paper. I understand their reasoning when I asked, but is not something most people are used to. There is a family of owls that lives on the property which are quite cute. There's one that hang by the pool which I affectionately named Collin. We had an issue with another tenants parking which was resolved immediately. The K-Cup coffee machine was not working and had to use the regular pot. This apartment is equipped with dishes, glasses, toaster, hot water pot, coffee pot, knives, cutting boards, and cooking pans, but nothing that is stove safe so prepare to bring foil if you want to reheat leftovers. Shower pressure is low but common for Florida. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed this apartment.Karla

This cute little condo had everything we needed for our stay, and then some. We were centrally located and able to travel with ease to satisfy any needs we had. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, restaurant options were delicious and the pool was an added bonus. Manny and Elena were quick to respond and very helpful. Great stay!!! I stayed 11 days 2 months after the hurricane and the place looked great. Manny and Elena worked so hard to get the place back to normal. I felt like I was at home. The heated pool, the lanai and hot tub were my favorite. Great local restaurants right down the road.Randy
