Salty Dogs is located across from the beach just three houses in on the first block of East Ruskin St. and a one block walk to the Seaside Amphitheater. This recently renovated cottage has a third floor tower room with spectacular gulf views and a large open wrap around porch. The wrap around porch is furnished with a dining table for four and several Adirondack rockers for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The first floor includes the recently renovated kitchen with new appliances and a built in breakfast bar area with additional seating for four. Off the kitchen is the large open living room and and rear exit to the back yard with Adirondack seating off the grill area. The open dining room has a built in window bench and dining table that comfortably seats six. The open living room has a large flat screen TV across from the kitchen and dining, a perfect open floor plan to keep family connected.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms down. The first king bedroom shares a large hallway bathroom (shower only) and opens onto the front porch. The second bedroom down is a queen bedroom with a trundle sleeper to sleep three in all with private access to the porch. Upstairs, the second floor has a third bedroom that is a king which shares a full hall bath (shower only) with access to a private balcony off the king bedroom. The fourth king master bedroom suite has a seating area, a large flat screen mounted TV, plenty of custom built in storage and a large private master bathroom suite. The fourth bedroom and master bath are new build construction in 2020. The large master bath ensuite has a double vanity, plenty of custom built in storage, a tub, and shower. The third floor tower room includes built in benches, a large flat screen TV, and an amazing Gulf view from the Juliet balcony.
* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The location was perfect as it’s so close to beach and town- we walked and biked everywhere and really didn’t need a car at all! It was also very clean and a lovely place to stay.
