This house is located just 1 mile from beach and just few blocks from Mizner Park. The backyard is attach to a big park with basketball courts, tennis court, soccer field, children play grounds, walking and jogging trails and a small intercostal beach
The house has a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with hummock and patio furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
Bed #1 has a king bed and bathroom in it Bed #2 has 3 twin beds, and Bed #3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room giving you ample sleeping room for up to 8 people.
The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances and all new furniture with Thistle Flooring.
Located only 2 blocks from the house is a Publix supermarket and many restaurants and bars.
There are 3 bicycles, beach chairs, pool/beach towels and a beach umbrella to be use by our clients.

Perfect little getaway!
The location of this property is perfect. Close to downtown Boca as well as as the beaches. (However, the beaches are not 1 mile away...they are a minimum of 2 miles, unless you can swim across the lake!) The pool was wonderful, clean and exactly what you need after a long day at the beach or cruising around. The house was absolutely lovely...bedrooms amazing and cozy, kitchen had everything you need, backpack chairs for the beach, towels for the beach! Lots of attention to details and thought of pretty much everything. Couple of suggestions - the main couches are not very comfortable...very stiff. Maybe add some more throw pillows or invest in something a little more comfortable. Also, the living room is very bare and makes the house have an echo sound. Perhaps some more furniture or rugs?stephen b.

Home was as listed. Well stocked kitchen. Location was great near everything. Publix was around the corner. House was clean and pool was very nice. Would stay here again . Management was great with communication and getting us the door code as we checked in late the first day.DENISE H.

This property is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located near grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Nice outdoor space in the yard with plenty of seating, complemented by a swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped for you to prepare meals in if you choose. On site laundry is very convenient. There are bicycles available for you to use, as well as beach chairs to make your beach day very enjoyable.Tim D.

ROSWELLExcellent Vacation House
This property is exactly like the pictures. Everything is clean and fresh and there is plenty of room both inside and by the pool for the whole family. The owners were incredible to work with and very responsive. The kitchen has everything you need including modern appliances and kid-friendly plates, bowls, and cups. The house is located on a quiet street but is minutes from restaurants and stores, an easy walk to a park with a playground, and an easy drive to the beach. The thermostat and showers worked perfectly. Honestly, I can't think of one thing to criticize about this property. I look forward to staying here again in the future.Joe L.

This place is Located in a great area. It’s only about a 10th of a mile from the Publix store. There are a lot of really great fast food and custom restaurant options around it within walking distance and then it’s only about a mile or so from Mizner Park which has a great group of restaurants and shopping area The house is about a mile and a half from the beach and there is free 4 hour beach parking across the street from the beach drop off point. The pool is outstanding. We had our grandchildren over and they just loved it and it has a very nice little shallow area for the kids and it’s in the sun most of the day and it’s got a very beautiful stone pool deck that that covers the whole outside. Family get away
Located a short walk from Wyman Park and many shops and restaurants. The beach is a short drive away(a very nice city park as well.) We all enjoyed the pool. A good fit for our family.Elizabeth W.
Owls Head, MEGreat house and great pool.
We had a great stay at the property. It was well supplied and furnished. Our favorite thing was the pool. My granddaughters practically lived in it whenever we were there. Nice and warm. When we had an issue, it was resolved immediately. (T.V.'s not working in bedroom and pool not heated from tripped circuit breaker). Plenty of chairs and towels for the beach.
