No Pets are allowed at the Edgewater Resort and all guests must be at least 25 years old to book and that person has to be on property with the guests at all times.

Our one bedrooom, one bathroom oceanfront condo is located at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach, FL.  The condo is in Tower 3 and is Unit 808.  You will enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sandy white beach.  The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and large flatscreen tv.  The living area includes a queen sofasleeper, side chair and large flatscreen tv.  You will feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen whether you eat in or dine out at any of the fantastic restaurants PCB has to offer.  For your convenience, you will have a full size washer and dryer.  You are welcome to use the beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers that are located in the bedroom closet.

The resort features a huge lagoon pool and hot tubs and a full service restaraunt for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Enjoy a drink at Blender's bar or
Shaker's bar with outside seating.  Cabanas and VIP loungers are available to rent as well as beach setups.  And for the athletic guests, we have
